Our store includes both items that are available in stock (for a lower per unit cost), and items that need to be made on order or customized (for a higher per unit cost).

Who assembles your products?

100% of our products are made in the USA, by our skilled and experienced sewers. All employees are required to provide proof they are legal residents or citizens of USA upon hiring.

Who supplies the fabric and patterns?

The customer supplies pattern, fabric and trim for product. The customer will also supply all labels, size, content, care and logo/name.

If you need help sourcing your pattern or fabric materials, we will support you in this for $55/hr. All consultations with our new business consultation team are paid. 

What is the minimum size of the order that you accept?

Minimums start at 1 piece for items currently available (retailers only, we do not sell directly to consumers) and 6 units for customizable items. For completely new items, MOQ is 50 pieces per style. 

For price quotes, please send the samples to our production facility, with your goals for quality, target production date and price per unit.

Our business development team will reply within 2-3 business days of receiving this information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time is typically two to three weeks, but can vary depending on the size of the order.

It is best to schedule production well ahead of your needed target date, as we do have peak seasons during which it can be difficult to accommodate quick turnarounds. 

What are the payment terms?

Payment Terms are as follows: 50% paid up from front, 50% with proof of shipment.

What do you charge for freight?

Customers can use their own carriers to pick up shipments or we can use our carriers to ship out goods.

Shipments could be sent out by truck using UPS or USPS.
